We accept returns or exchanges for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within a few days of delivery so we can make it right. Returns or exchanges requested after the eligible time period may not be accepted, as we maintain strict quality and safety checks on all our learning materials.
Once your returned product reaches us, it will go through a quick inspection process. If your return is approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds generally take a few business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
If you wish to exchange your product for another item, we’ll be happy to do so based on availability. In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative, which can be used for any future purchase on our website. However, customized products, personalized items, and those made specifically to order may not be eligible for return or refund. Similarly, items purchased during special sales or clearance events may only qualify for an exchange or store credit, not a full refund.
For return shipping, if the issue is due to an error from our side, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
