📦 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday) once payment is confirmed and stock is available.
📅 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
🔔 Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time

🇮🇳 Within India: We ship across India! Most orders reach within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
✈️ International Orders: We also deliver to selected countries worldwide. Delivery time usually takes 7–21 business days depending on customs and local couriers.
⏳ Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates — unforeseen courier or weather delays can sometimes occur.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

🛒 Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
🎁 Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders.
🌐 International shipping fees vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

📬 Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and link to monitor your parcel’s journey.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders

📸 If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging, take photos, and notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

7. Returns & Exchanges

🎀 Items must be unused and in their original condition for returns or exchanges.
